Exposing your genitals or masturbating in public will result in Indecent Exposure charges in Denver, Aurora, and Castle Rock. A police officer was recently charged with this crime after exposing himself and masturbating in front of fellow female officers. I mean, could you have chosen a worse audience? The officer was apparently on duty each time the exposures occurred. The first female officer came forward after he had exposed himself to her multiple times. Four other women then came forward to report similar instances. The officer was arrested and charged with a sex offense.
