According to an undercover news story, men in Denver, Adams and Jefferson County are posting on Craigslist, offering “free rent” for young women, or “roommates with benefits.” These postings are walking a very fine legal line. These men could face charges related to Prostitution – C.R.S. 18-7-20, Solicitation of a Prostitute – C.R.S. 18-7-202, or ultimately – Pimping – C.R.S. 18-7-206.
