Navy Midshipman Arrested for Communicating Online with Underage Girls

A former U.S. Navy midshipman was recently arrested by Boulder police for communicating online with underage girls. The 25-year-old navy midshipman was already on probation after engaging in sexually explicit online activity with underage girls in 2014.
