According to the news, a Longmont massage therapist faces charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a client. According to an arrest affidavit, the alleged victim told police that the massage therapist penetrated her with his finger while giving her a massage. She had apparently been a client of his for two years and experienced sexual touching in the past, but believed it to be accidental. A medical exam showed the woman had a small abrasion where the man allegedly penetrated her during the massage. In Denver and Boulder County, the massage therapist would likely face charges of Sexual Assault, C.R.S. 18-3-402.
