(c) Directs another to a place knowing such direction is for the purpose of prostitution of a child or by a child.

Prostitution by a child means a child performing a sexual act in exchange for money, or a person performing a sexual act on a child in exchange for money. Simply agreeing to this or clearing stating these intentions is enough to get charged in sting operations.
